FBA prep to current spec, so nothing gets refused
Amazon changes its requirements and doesn’t send a memo. We prep to current spec, and if a shipment needs something unusual we flag it before it ships rather than after it’s rejected at the FC.

We ship into wherever you sell
Already on a platform we haven’t listed? Tell us which one — in most cases we can take the order feed, and where we can’t we’ll say so before you sign anything.
What sellers ask us
What’s your minimum volume?
There isn’t a hard one. We’d rather talk about whether the economics work for you — a seller doing 40 orders a day and a seller bringing in eight containers a month are both fine, but they need different pricing. Send us your numbers and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right fit.
Can you hold reserve stock and replenish FBA as I sell?
Yes, and it’s the single biggest reason sellers move to us. Keep your buffer stock here at warehouse storage rates instead of Amazon’s, and we pick, prep and ship replenishment shipments to the FCs as your sell-through demands — without the inventory ever leaving the building in between.
How fast can you turn a container into live inventory?
For scheduled containers we aim to strip and receive same-day on arrival, with prep following immediately. The exact commitment depends on your volume and prep requirements, and we’ll put a turn time in writing when we quote you rather than leaving it vague.
Do you handle returns?
Yes — received, inspected, graded, and either restocked as sellable, re-prepped, or disposed of on your instruction. You get a report on what came back and why, which is usually more useful than the units themselves.
What product can’t you take?
We’re a dry facility — no refrigerated or frozen goods. Otherwise we handle a broad range: apparel, home and kitchen, electronics, toys, beauty, pet, sports, tools, office products and dry non-perishable food-grade product. Regulated categories we’ll assess case by case and tell you straight.
Send us one container. We’ll earn the rest.
Tell us what’s on the water and where it needs to end up. You’ll have line-item pricing back within one business day — and a straight answer about whether we’re the right fit.
