Your hands on the ground
at the Port of NY/NJ

You own the customer. We do the work at destination — FCL devanning, LCL deconsolidation, per-house-bill reporting and on-carriage anywhere in the United States. Shanghai, Genoa, Ho Chi Minh or Hamburg: we’re the same reliable partner at this end.

What you actually need from a destination agent

Not a warehouse. A counterpart.

You are judged by what happens after the vessel discharges — in a country you’re not standing in, in a time zone that’s asleep when you need an answer. That is the whole job we signed up for.

LCL Deconsolidation

Consolidated containers broken down against your house bills, each shipment separated, counted, photographed and reported individually.

  • Per-house-bill piece counts
  • Shortage and damage documented
  • Separate storage by consignee
  • Release against your instruction only

FCL Devanning & Drayage

Terminal pull, same-day strip on scheduled boxes, and the empty returned on time so your line doesn’t bill your client for per diem.

  • All NY/NJ terminals and rail ramps
  • Last free day monitored daily
  • Prompt empty return
  • Overweight and tri-axle available

On-Carriage, Nationwide

Your client’s cargo delivered to any US address — DC, retail door or residence — on FTL, LTL or final-mile equipment, with POD back to you.

  • All 48 contiguous states
  • DC appointment scheduling
  • Liftgate and residential
  • Proof of delivery same day
For customs brokers

Release it. We’ll take it from there.

You clear the entry. The last thing you want is to spend the afternoon chasing a trucker on your client’s behalf for a move you don’t get paid for. Hand it to us at release and we close the loop.

  • Exam and CES runsFlagged for intensive? We handle the move to the exam site and back, and keep you posted so you can keep your client posted.
  • Hold-until-cleared storageFreight parked safely on our floor while an FDA, USDA or other agency hold works itself out.
  • Per diem watched for youWe track the clock on your client’s container and flag it before it becomes an awkward invoice conversation.
  • POD back the same dayDelivery confirmed and documented, so your file closes clean.

Working with us

What a shipment looks like end to end

01

Pre-alert

Send the arrival notice, B/L and house bill manifest. We acknowledge and set up the file before the vessel berths.

02

Pull & strip

We monitor availability, book the appointment, dray the container and devan it — same day where scheduled.

03

Report

Piece counts per house bill, photos of anything that doesn’t match, and a clear exception report. No surprises a week later.

04

Deliver

On-carriage to each consignee on your instruction, with proof of delivery returned to you.

Questions forwarders ask first

Straight answers

We’re overseas — what are your contact hours?

Our dock runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Eastern. You get a named account contact rather than a shared inbox, and email sent from Asia or Europe overnight is answered first thing our morning — so you have your update before your own working day ends.

Will you deal directly with our client, or stay behind us?

Entirely your call, and we default to staying behind you. You own the relationship and the margin. We will happily deal with the consignee directly on delivery logistics if you ask us to, and just as happily route everything through you if you’d rather we never speak to them.

How do you report back on a deconsolidation?

Per house bill: pieces received against pieces manifested, condition, and photographs of any shortage, overage or damage. You get it the day we strip the container, not at the end of the month.

Can you handle our volume, and can you handle it in peak?

We have 75,000+ sq ft and we are deliberately not trying to be the biggest building at the port. What we will do is tell you honestly what we can absorb in a given week. If a volume is beyond what we can do well, we’ll say so rather than take it and let your client down in October.

Send us one container. We’ll earn the rest.

Tell us what’s on the water and where it needs to end up. You’ll have line-item pricing back within one business day — and a straight answer about whether we’re the right fit.
